Easily tailor OneSource to suit
your needs with layers.

View only the information you want by turning on and off layers on the map. If you are a real estate agent you may only need to view comp sales and on market listings. If you are an engineer, turn on the soil composition and FEMA layers. Here are just a few of the layers available in OneSource:

On Market Properties.

The flagship of our system, our On Market Property study currently features over 700 listings. Our staff drives over 400 miles of roads each month searching for commercial listing signs. Each property is photographed, recorded with a GPS locater and added to our database. Listings are constantly updated, ensuring the most up-to-date information available.

Comparable Sales.

We’ve formatted all real estate transfers from the past five years into the most relevant comparable commercial and residential sales. We record deed transfers daily to offer our subscribers the most current information possible. We now have over 70,000 sales on display. And when used in conjunction with the On Market Property layer, it becomes a very powerful tool for real estate professionals.

High Resolution Aerial Photography.

With a spatial resolution of one-half foot, the High Res Aerial layer allows you to clearly view landscaping and even count parking spaces in the lot of a selected property.

Infrared Aerial Photography.

By measuring reflected infrared light, this photography is most useful in detecting moisture, standing water and vegetation within a given area.

County/Municipal Zoning.

This layer displays detailed zoning information from actual county ordinances using separate color schemes.

FEMA Flood Zones.

This layer displays the flood zones occurring in the county according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Soils.

All the soils occurring in the county are color-coded according to their potential for being wetland, upland or an area of transition.

Primary Dune & Setback Lines.

From the Office of Coastal Resource Management (OCRM), this layer displays the line of vegetated sand dunes which run parallel and closest to the tide line, along with the Setback line for oceanfront properties.
