A specialist in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Jarred has joined Site Tech Systems as part of our on-going efforts toward our goal of meeting our customers' needs with maximum effectiveness and efficiency. With training in performance appraisal and analysis, organizational development, statistics and more, Jarred plays a key part in making Site Tech Systems the best company possible.
Lynne Jessup

Lynne has over sixteen years experience in administration and banking. She brings these years of experience, and multiple professional development classes, to Site Tech Systems in her capacity overseeing bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Lynn Hetzer
Accounts Receivable
Lynn has become instrumental in many different areas of Site Tech Systems. Her nearly 15 years experience as a hotel Operations Manager has given her a diverse skill set. Currently she is responsible for accounts receivable and future market projections.

Receptionist
With a versatile background, Kerri brings a highly professional level of customer service to everyone who calls our office. She also plays an integral role in helping maintain the information in our drive study.

Jim Parker
President / Principal
Jim is one of the founders of the Company and serves as the President of SiteTech Systems. Energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail, mark Jim's 25 years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management. A majority of Jim's career has been in commercial brokerage performing site search and selection for expanding national companies. Jim's experience in research, report and presentation of critical property information continues to influence the OneSource application. Jim's focus is on enhancing OneSource for our customers ever changing needs and growth into new markets.
John Jobson
Vice President / Principal
John is one of the founders of the company and serves as Vice President of Research and Development. Resourcefulness and creativity has been the mainframe of John's 32 year real estate career. From his experience in architecture to building and owning real estate sales companies, John has acquired an acute knowledge base from which to evaluate property research requirements. This awareness has impacted OneSource's ability to provide increasing value to the various real estate industries. His ability to conceptualize and design strategic solutions to merge information, people and technology resources to arrive at new and resourceful products has been the keys to the Company's product innovation and development. John received a B.E.T from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Todd Woodard
Chief Operating Officer / Principal
Todd has served as Chief Operating Officer and owner since March, 2007. Execution, focus and relentless pursuit of business growth has been the hallmark of Todd's 20 year career within the Financial Services industry. With experience as President and CEO of GE's Consumer Finance Retail Mortgage Division and Conseco Finance's Retail Credit Division, and senior management positions with Household Finance and American Express, Todd has repeatedly demonstrated his ability as an effective business leader at the highest corporate levels. His customer centered, results oriented management style greatly influences the Company's growth plans. Todd's capacity to refine operational efficiency and challenge department heads to excel at time sensitive deliverables enhances the Company's competitive edge. Todd received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Ashley has been involved in Real Estate for over ten years, and has held Real Estate Appraisal licenses in South Carolina and North Carolina. She brings a high degree of professionalism and dedication to her role at Site Tech Systems.
William Bostic

Billy has joined the Site Tech sales team to help bring our services to the southern half of the Nortn Carolina coastal area. After 17 years of experience in the modular home and mortgage industries, Billy is well suited to help expand the OneSource solution to the North Carolina market.
Richard Tomchik

Working the past six years in the real estate market, Rich has also built his own technology company and worked in the technology sector for such companies as Exxon, G.E. and MCI. He is now ready to bring his experience in both areas together to make technology work for the real estate industry.

After gaining a degree in Marketing as one of the Thundering Herd of Marshall University, Johann joined Site Tech Systems to bring the power of the OneSource System to new market areas. Bringing a product into a new market can take a lot of effort, but it is a challange that Johann enjoys.

Tim, a Coastal Carolina University alumni, has joined Site Tech Systems in the early months of 2008. After sharpening his Marketing skills in the home building and security industries, Tim is now focusing his skills and determination on bringing the OneSource System to real estate professionals.

Eric has over fifteen years professional experience in cartography, GIS, and aerial surveying. He has been instrumental in developing mapping techniques for unique applications throughout his career.
Pete Provencher
Database Administrator
Pete has been in computer technology for well over thirty years. His grasp of information and how to display, manage and manipulate data to accomplish needs is key to organizing massive amounts of data.
Thomas Bramble
GIS Programmer/Analyst
Tommy has been training in GIS, remote sensing, and cartography for over seven years and has supplemented his strong geographic analysis skills with fundamental programming knowledge.
Craig Coppola
Programmer
Craig brings his programming experience to us from businesses in the New York Metropolitan area including the Commissioner's Office of Major League Baseball. Craig's addition marks our commitment to develop the next version of OneSource system.
Patrick Rhodes
GIS Technician
Patrick comes to Site Tech as a GIS Technician, having previously worked as a GIS instructor. He holds GIS certifications from the State of Virginia Geospatial Institute as well as the Virginia Department of Labor. Patrick is primarily tasked with overseeing the acquisition and maintenance for GIS data Site Tech markets.

Jarrod brings considerable skills in computers, databases, and specialized software to Site Tech Systems. He is essential to providing technical support and systems analysis for our staff members.
Chrissy Muller
Data Entry / Foreclosure Abstractor
Chrissy comes to us after more than a dozen years as a keyboarding specialist for the State of New York. She is responsible for maintaining up-to-date records for transferred properties in Horry County.
Cory Barber
Special Data Projects
Cory has been with Site Tech for over a year and has taken the lead role in field collection for our in-house studies. He has years of experience in computer technology and has studied design and data construction. Cory's role within Site Tech has also grown to include GIS data creation processing.
